The Abrantes Youth Hostel it is located in Abrantes, in a privileged location on a hill between the city and the Tejo River, with magnificent landscapes over the river.
It provides 26 rooms, café/bar, hostel kitchen, hostel laundry, living room, meeting rooms, public telephone, internet, parking and bicycle rental. In the area, there is a bus station and train station.
Nearby, it is located a river beach and green areas, where it is possible to breathe a good wild air and where is possible to practice several water sports.
The Hostel is a good place to know the city of Abrantes, where it highlights the Castle of Abrantes, its several churches and convents, the São Lourenço Urban Park, where it can be done several activities, besides the leisure and entertainment areas of city. In Abrantes, it also highlights its gastronomy, with its bowlfuls, the Straw of Abrantes and the maize bread.
From the Hostel, it is also possible to move to the Castelo de Bode Dam, which provides refreshing baths on its Albufeira.
